Children of all ages love to get their faces painted (especially young ones!), So this is the perfect thing to learn how to do if you have young children ... Or you're going to have a concert gala birthday for your children.
With this mentality, I have prepared some tips for people who are new to face painting. Here they are:
1) If you draw a design that needs to be a large area to be covered with paint, use a sponge instead of a brush. Why? Because the application of paint with a sponge means it will dry faster. It's a good idea to have a few sponges aside if you need to use different colors, because that means you will not have to try to clean the sponge for each color ... Which take a long time.
2) Always allow the first color dry before you start drawing again! If you have forgotten to wait until it dries, and mix the colors that you will have probably have to start from scratch.
3) Make sure you know what you want to look at the face of the final. No Mac as you go along. You must be able to face paint fairly quickly, as if you have children, you already know that children are not always very patient ... And can become bored or restless, if you think about what to paint next.
4) If you were not good at freehand drawing again, do not be afraid to use the stencil. You can get stencils of stars, hearts and flowers and all kinds of things. They are perfect for stenciling on the cheek. You will need stencils of different sizes to accommodate different sizes of the face.
5) If you want something faster than stencilling, why not try tattoo? Make sure a person's skin does not react strongly at first, asking them (or their parents) ... Or test on a small area.
6) If you have a line of young people willing to paint their faces, and ask them to think about what they would like a few minutes before their turn. You do not want to be delayed while each child thinks he or she would like painted on their faces.
7) Remember to have a mirror with you at all times so that you can show the person who painted, and make sure they are satisfied with your business.
Can 8) face paint and stage makeup professional to be very expensive, especially if you intend to draw a large number of faces. You can make your face paint for simple with cheaper ingredients. A quick search on Google you will find a lot of ideas that you can use to make your face paint on. Keep in mind this is not as good as face painting professional, so if you can afford it ... I advise you to get things professional.
